Open SHG bank accounts, collect documents, monitor bookkeeping, and share updates with the Headquarter. Supervise SHG/community meetings; collect and upload/send MoMs, Geo-tagged photos, attendance, and member details to MIS. Guide CCPs in planning community welfare and livelihood activities, facilitate procurement, collect bills, and ensure timely claims and reporting. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10th pass with local language proficiency and knowledge of SHGs or community development. Experience in grassroots work; preference for those with training or SHG promotion experience. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Availability and usage of smartphone for photo, GPS tagging, and MIS uploads required. Should preferably belong to underprivileged, economically backward communities; understand local communities and be willing to travel extensively.
