About the Apprenticeship:

B.Com and BBA graduates

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly as per NATS guidelines):

• Must have completed

  B.Com, BBA, or equivalent commerce/management degree

  within the last 5 years.
• Should not have taken up any employment or apprenticeship after graduation.
• Registered or willing to register on the NATS portal (https://www.mhrdnats.gov.in
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Strong interest in financial and operational management of NGOs and donor-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, bills, and vouchers.
• Support reconciliation of project-wise budgets and expenditures.
• Assist in tracking donor-wise fund utilization and grant compliance.
• Help maintain documentation for monthly reimbursements and field activity expenses.
• Organize and manage digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
• Liaise with admin and program teams to gather relevant financial data.
