About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, payroll support, employee engagement, and compliance, providing an excellent foundation for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing employee records and HR documentation.

Support payroll, timesheet, and attendance management processes.

Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.

Help in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of information.

Assist HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

MBA (HR) / Graduate / Postgraduate student with an interest in HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Immediate availability preferred.
