Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to perform effectively.- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and share best practices.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet business goals and expand market share.
- Identify target markets, key client segments, and set measurable goals for the team.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term business.
- Oversee complex client negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures by the sales team.- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, handling escalated client issues and offering solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:- Track and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize sales data to assess individual performance and recommend improvements where necessary.- Set and monitor KPIs for sales executives, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews.
Business Development:- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the market, including strategic partnerships, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Work with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns and assess their effectiveness.
Collaboration Across Departments:- Coordinate with the design, project management, and accounts team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional activities, branding, and events to support sales efforts.
Process Improvement and Innovation:- Review and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Introduce tools, CRM systems, and technologies to improve lead tracking, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Recruitment and Talent Development:- Recruitment and selection of sales staff as needed.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance within the team.
Networking and Building Partnerships:- Attend trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to make connect and tie up opportunity, build a network of industry contacts, and identify potential opportunities.
Sales Forecasting and Budget Management:- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum productivity and achievement of targets.
