🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Project Manager / PMC to oversee and manage interior projects across retail, corporate, and manufacturing facilities. This role demands end-to-end ownership—from planning and costing to vendor negotiation, coordination with architects/designers/contractors, and final project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor network and hands-on experience in handling interior fit-outs, office requirements, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between the company, architects, contractors, and vendors.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from concept, costing, and planning to execution and handover.

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize vendors, contractors, architects, and designers.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

• Leverage local vendor and contractor contacts for cost efficiency and timely delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors on project activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Support both official and personal projects for management, including home, office, and factory needs.

• Monitor site progress, conduct quality checks, and resolve on-site issues proactively.

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and per quality standards.

• Maintain vendor relationships and expand local contacts for future projects.

• Travel to sites across Mumbai and Pan-India as required.

• Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in Interior Project Management / PMC.

• Strong expertise in costing, procurement, vendor management, and negotiations.

• Proven ability to manage retail outlets, showrooms, offices, factory setups, and personal projects.

• Established contacts with vendors, contractors, architects, and designers.

• Network with electricians, plumbers, and other service providers.

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and Pan-India as required.
