The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and managing customer inquiries about RRAG's interior design services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve tracking sales performance, coordinating with the design team, and providing after-sale support to maintain long-term client relationships. As a Sales Executive at RRAG Interiors, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our interior design and fit-out services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial interior design market through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Consultation & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets, translating them into project briefs for the design team. Qualifications Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of successful experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, construction, real estate, or a related luxury sector. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process, from prospect identification to deal closure. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-Motivated: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to manage a robust sales pipeline. Industry Interest: A genuine interest in interior design and a basic understanding of design concepts and processes is a significant plus. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, interior finishes, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and building codes. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Client Focus: Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
