Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and managing customer inquiries about RRAG's interior design services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve tracking sales performance, coordinating with the design team, and providing after-sale support to maintain long-term client relationships.

As a Sales Executive at RRAG Interiors, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our interior design and fit-out services. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for design and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial interior design market through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to project handover.
  • Consultation & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets, translating them into project briefs for the design team.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, clearly articulating the value of RRAG Interiors' services.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Design and Project Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of successful experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, construction, real estate, or a related luxury sector.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process, from prospect identification to deal closure.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Industry Interest: A genuine interest in interior design and a basic understanding of design concepts and processes is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
