Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at GRIHOM in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects
• Coordinate between client requirements, design, and execution
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality
• Lead and guide site supervisors and project teams
• Handle vendor negotiations and material approvals
• Manage materials including long lead items and their supply chain
• Coordinate with production and workshop team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within interiors/architecture
• Strong leadership and communication
• Multitasking ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
