About the Role:

Insurance Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Insurance training programs for operational teams.
• Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Conduct

  new hire onboarding sessions

  covering insurance products, compliance, and operational processes.
• Deliver specialized training on

  Underwriting, Claims Management, Finance Operations, and Customer Service

  for Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs.
• Evaluate learner performance through structured assessments, knowledge checks, and post-training feedback.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report training outcomes, performance trends, and improvement areas to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate training records, feedback documentation, and certification logs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify learning gaps and enhance team productivity.
• Facilitate training sessions via virtual platforms such as

  MS Teams

  , and manage learning through LMS tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  8–10 years of relevant training experience

  in the Insurance domain (preferably in KPO/BPO/Shared Services environments).
• Strong domain knowledge of

  General Insurance, Health Insurance, and P&C products

  .
• Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle for

  Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs

  .
• Proven experience in developing e-learning and blended learning content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in

  MS PowerPoint

  , Learning Management Systems (LMS), and remote delivery platforms like

  Zoom

  or

  Microsoft Teams

  .
• Relevant Insurance or Training & Development certifications would be a plus (e.g., CII, LOMA, CIPD, etc.).
