Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs on Insurance products, sales skills, and compliance to Agency People.
  • Conduct classroom sessions to enhance Insurance knowledge and selling skills.
  • Modules will be provided from the Organization, customize training content as per business requirements.
  • Evaluate participants performance through assessments, feedback, and certifications.
  • Support in driving business productivity through skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of

    Insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines

  • Excellent

    communication & presentation skills

  • Experience in

    classroom training delivery

  • Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners.
