Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Build and manage strong relationships with institutional clients such as Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Insurance Firms, NBFCs, Corporates, and Treasury Desks.
Understand client investment objectives and provide customized solutions across equity, debt, derivatives, and alternate asset classes.
Engage with clients regularly through meetings, calls, webinars, and corporate events.

Sales & Product Pitching

Promote brokerage services, research ideas, and execution capabilities to institutional clients.
Target new empanelment opportunities and expand the client base.
Drive high-volume and high-value transactions through strategic targeting and relationship management.

Coordination with Research & Trading Teams

Act as a liaison between clients and the research desk to deliver investment ideas and insights.
Coordinate with the trading desk to ensure timely and best execution of institutional trades.
Provide actionable client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and service.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track and analyze market trends, fund flows, institutional investment behavior, and regulatory updates.
Generate and present MIS reports, client activity summaries, and strategic business development plans to management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income markets.
Established institutional client network and proven relationship management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High-level analytical and strategic thinking ability.
Proficiency in tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MS Excel, and CRM platforms.
