Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Fundamental Research Analyst

to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting fundamental equity research and developing rule-based equity investment strategies aimed at outperforming industry benchmarks. This role involves close collaboration with other analysts to achieve Alpha generation through high-quality research and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and develop advanced rule-based strategies for equity investments from scratch.
Conduct rigorous back-testing of investment strategies to ensure effectiveness.
Implement and actively monitor strategies to deliver consistent, risk-adjusted returns.
Apply strong fundamental analysis techniques to understand and evaluate equity markets.
Interpret complex financial data with speed and accuracy using Excel.
Collaborate with a team of fundamental analysts to contribute to multiple investment strategies.
Prepare in-depth fundamental reports on sectors, industries, and specific stocks, including financial modeling.
Communicate effectively with HNI, corporate, and institutional clients.

Desired Educational Qualifications

MBA in Finance from a reputed institution and/or pursuing CFA.
Completion of NISM Research Analyst Certification Module.
NISM Investment Advisory Module (preferred).
