Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Options Dealer

to join our dynamic dealing desk in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity and derivatives markets, demonstrated experience in Options Trading, and a proven ability to manage HNI and UNI clients effectively. A valid

NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)

certification is mandatory, along with a minimum of 34 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute trades in Equity and Derivatives (Options) on behalf of clients with 0% dealing errors.
Efficiently handle and manage HNI and UNI clients with a focus on timely trade execution and exceptional service.
Operate trading terminals such as Neat, Kambola, Greeke, and ODIN with proficiency.
Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines.
Engage consistently with clients, including the reactivation of dormant accounts.
Promptly address and resolve client queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal branches for revenue generation and effective issue resolution.
Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols.
Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal company policies.
Acquire and onboard quality clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market insights.
Execute orders using Bloomberg or equivalent trading platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in Institutional Dealing.
Valid
NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)
Certification.
Comprehensive knowledge of equity and derivatives (options) trading.
Proficiency in using trading terminals and software (e.g., Bloomberg, ODIN).
Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
