Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute trades on behalf of institutional clients across various financial markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to understand their investment objectives and provide appropriate trading strategies.

• Monitor market trends and economic developments to provide timely market commentary and trading ideas to clients.

• Manage the trade execution process from order placement to settlement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Work closely with research analysts and portfolio managers to understand investment strategies and contribute to investment decision-making processes.

• Utilize trading platforms and analytical tools to optimize trade execution and minimize transaction costs.

• Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively addressing client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters degree or CFA designation preferred.

• Proven experience as an institutional dealer in a financial services firm, with a strong understanding of financial markets and trading mechanisms.

• Solid knowledge of equities, fixed income securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.

• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software/tools preferred.
