Skills Required.

Customer Support

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers.
  
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  
• Document interactions and update customer records in CRM tools.
  

Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades or add-on services.
  
• Promote additional products based on customer usage or history.
  
• Meet or exceed upselling targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  
• Follow a consultative approach to maximize conversion opportunities.
  
• Communicate value propositions clearly to encourage sales.
  

Process & Performance

• Adhere to company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
  
• Work closely with the sales and retention teams to enhance customer experience.
  
• Provide customer insights to improve services and product offerings.
  
• Achieve KPIs such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, and sales conversion metrics.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  
• Good understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.
  
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high-volume interactions.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems (preferred).
  

Qualifications

• Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant experience.
  
• Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply.
