About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP, CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) in the US market.
  • Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Engage with

    CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads

    across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and Services.
  • Understand customer challenges and map Dynamics 365 solutions to their business needs.
  • Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update all lead activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns and share insights.
  • Provide competitor analysis and US market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in

    B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions

    , preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with the

    US market

    and comfort working across different time zones.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as

    BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC

    .
  • Proficiency in using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io

    (or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing pipeline and activities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in selling

    Microsoft technologies

    (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Exposure to verticals such as

    Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, and Services

    in the US market.
