Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist at Docterz in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in making outbound sales calls, following up on potential leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
