Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Tele Sales Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales leads into loyal customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will leverage your communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques to engage with leads, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.

Proven experience in telesales, lead conversion, or a related sales role.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects.

 Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.

 Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

 Strong time management and organizational skills.

 Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

 Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.

 Multilingual proficiency in at least 2-3 languages (e.g., English, Telugu, hindi,Tamil and kannada).

Pay: ₹9,656.35 - ₹33,260.01 per month
