Job Description

Inside Sales Specialist

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and initiate outbound customer calls, resolving queries and delivering solutions
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads to meet or exceed daily targets
Log all interactions meticulously in CRM and leverage data to improve outreach
Collaborate with teammates to drive collective success
Keep product knowledge sharp and stay updated on industry trends to boost closing rates

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

12 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, telesales, or similar roles
Fluent in English
and

Hindi
,
Kannada
, or
Tamil
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
High level of CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)

Nice-to-Have:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
