Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Legitquest solutions into client workflows
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Analyze customer data to track health scores and success metrics
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce churn and boost ROI
• Collaborate with customer success associates for seamless support
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct revenue and performance analysis
• Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Manage lead contacts and presales activities
• Activate customer accounts and monitor subscriptions
• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Operations
• Familiarity with SaaS-based products or legal technology
• Proven track record in inside sales or account management
