Role Purpose

The Upselling & Sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. The role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value through consultative selling, relationship management, and proactive identification of customer needs aligned with the organizations products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Upselling & Revenue Growth

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Proactively recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades based on customer needs
• Develop tailored proposals and pricing solutions to increase deal value
• Drive incremental revenue growth and improve customer lifetime value
• Track and manage upsell pipelines through CRM systems

Sales & Account Management

• Manage assigned accounts and build strong, trusted customer relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities
• Support new business sales activities when required
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with targets

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Understand customer goals, challenges, and usage patterns
• Act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally
• Support customer retention by ensuring value realization from purchased solutions

Forecasting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Report on upsell performance, conversion rates, and revenue impact
• Provide market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams
