About Swiggy Swiggy is Indias leading on-demand delivery platform with a tech-first approach to logistics and a solution-first approach to consumer demands With a presence in 500+ cities across India, partnerships with hundreds of thousands of restaurants, an employee base of over 5000, a 2 lakh+ strong independent fleet of Delivery Executives, we deliver unparalleled convenience driven by continuous innovation Built on the back of robust ML technology and fuelled by terabytes of data processed every day, Swiggy offers a fast, seamless and reliable delivery experience for millions of customers across India From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in , to becoming Indias leading on-demand convenience platform today, our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers, but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees Team : New Service Offerings (NSO) stream within Swiggy Food BU Responsibilities Become the Voice of the Customer: Continuously monitor data & customer journeys, seek new insights (including monthly outstation market visits) to find out exactly what travelers love, hate, compare and need regarding their meal choices and delivery experience E g missing cuisines, better packaging, order tracking etc Design the Perfect Meal Journey: Work with creative, merchandising & operations teams to significantly improve how customers discover, engage and purchase their meal Be the Bridge between Strategy & Execution: Liaison with internal and external stakeholders across teams to develop features & implement policies that drive growth & deliver a better meal experience Metric Reporting & Governance: Define, develop, and manage essential dashboards and scorecards with MIS/Analytics to ensure continuous monitoring and reporting of business performance Qualifications Experience: 1-3 years of work experience, preferable in the food commerce businessmunication: Highly effective written and verbal communication in English & Hindi Tools: Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Drive: Strong bias for action; ability to move fast and overcome obstacles
