Business Associate – Role & Responsibilities

The Business Associate will support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships, while actively contributing to digital and social media marketing initiatives. The role includes planning and executing marketing strategies using modern tools and trends such as WhatsApp API–based campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and performance-driven social media promotions. The associate will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to clients, explaining services, solutions, proposals, and campaign strategies. Additional responsibilities include lead nurturing through automated messaging, basic analytics and reporting, proposal coordination, and close collaboration with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
