Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Associate based in Muzaffarpur. The Business Associate will collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs, evaluate loan requirements, explain lending options and terms, and assist with loan applications. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing solutions to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, client relationship management, and explaining lending options
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
• Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of loans, interest rates, and financial products
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
