Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify new business prospects and convert them into long-term clients through strategic outreach and relationship management. Field Visits & Client Meetings: Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and project discussions. Must be confident in presenting our services and closing deals. Multilingual Communication: Excellent command over Hindi, English, and Marathi to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds. Research & Opportunity Mapping: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, sectors, and potential clients. Ability to spot opportunities and gaps in the market for pitching customized solutions. LinkedIn & Digital Prospecting: Actively use LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation, networking, and brand visibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
