Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and sharp Business Development Executive with strong communication skills and a flair for identifying and converting business opportunities in the video production and advertising industry . The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong research abilities, and the confidence to represent our brand in the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify new business prospects and convert them into long-term clients through strategic outreach and relationship management. Field Visits & Client Meetings: Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and project discussions. Must be confident in presenting our services and closing deals. Multilingual Communication: Excellent command over Hindi, English, and Marathi to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds. Research & Opportunity Mapping: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, sectors, and potential clients. Ability to spot opportunities and gaps in the market for pitching customized solutions. LinkedIn & Digital Prospecting: Actively use LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation, networking, and brand visibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum qualification – MBA (Marketing / Media / Business Development preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in business development, preferably in advertising, media, or video production (Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills can be considered) Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator Self-starter, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude Perks & Benefits: Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives Travel Allowance for Field Visits Opportunity to work with a creative and energetic team Scope for fast growth and leadership roles Show more Show less
