Role OverviewAs the Inside Sales & Customer Coordinator, you will: Manage incoming orders and ensure smooth coordination from receipt to delivery. Communicate clearly and professionally with existing customers across phone, WhatsApp, and email. Proactively reach out to new leads and prospective clients to grow our customer base. Build lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal Foodsmith customers. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Coordination & Service Manage and track customer orders (online & offline) from confirmation to delivery. Provide prompt, friendly, and professional communication to customers. Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service standards. Inside Sales & Relationship Building Make outbound calls to connect with prospective and repeat customers. Follow up on inquiries, share product recommendations, and close sales. Nurture long-term relationships with customers, making them feel part of our gourmet community. Sales Support & CRM Management Maintain accurate customer data in CRM. Prepare sales reports and analyze buying patterns. Coordinate with operations to ensure order accuracy and product availability. Marketing & Promotions Support Assist in executing campaigns, festive offers, and new product launches. Share feedback and insights from customers to improve engagement. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3 years in inside sales, customer service, or e-commerce coordination (food, retail, or hospitality preferred). Communication: Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi. Sales Mindset: Confident in making calls, nurturing leads, and closing orders. Customer Orientation: Builds rapport easily and genuinely enjoys helping people. Organized & Proactive: Handles multiple tasks and follows up without reminders. Tech Friendly: Familiar with CRM tools, Shopify (or similar), G Suite, WhatsApp for Business. Food Enthusiast: Passion for gourmet food and the joy of sharing it with others.
