We are looking to expand our Inside Sales team in Bengaluru and seek talented individuals who can contribute to our growth.

## About the Role

As an **Inside Sales Representative**, you will play a crucial role in our sales strategy by generating leads and engaging with clients to create sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the IT sector, ensuring our solutions meet their needs. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, aggressive in pursuing targets, and has a strong understanding of IT Managed Services.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels including databases, email campaigns, referrals, and social media.

- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate lead generation.

- Engage with customers through calls, campaigns, and referrals to create new sales opportunities.

- Connect and maintain healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers in the IT industry.

- Build a sales funnel and track the closure of deals effectively.

- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions.

- Capture customer information and update CRM on a daily basis.

- Qualify leads/prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with OEMs to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information.

## Requirements

- Minimum of **1+ years of proven experience** in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales within IT Solutions/Services.

- Strong understanding of **IT Managed Services**, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security, and Staff Augmentation.

- Exposure to solutions sales in **RPA/AI** is a plus.

- Proficient in using any CRM tools for managing leads and customer information.

- **Aggressive and target-driven**, with a self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
