Inside Sales Representative

As an Independent Sales Representative (ISR) at our company, your main role will be to drive sales in the Cosmetic & Personal Care category in NEW DELHI. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and retailers, monitoring market trends for continuous improvement, collaborating with internal sales teams and retailers for promotional activities, and staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for front line sales in NEW DELHI. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in NEW DELHI. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and retailers. - Monitor market trends and customer feedback for improvement. - Collaborate with the internal sales team and retailers for promotional activities. - Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in similar roles. - Strong knowledge of all zonal markets of Delhi and distribution channels. - Excellent sales and marketing skills. - Strong abilities in sales and target achievement. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good relations with SS & Distributors in the state.,
