Role Overview:
you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline by engaging potential clients & qualifying leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, representing our innovative SaaS solution designed to transform construction project management and execution.
your primary focus will be on lead generation, nurturing inbound and outbound leads, scheduling product -demonstrations, and working closely with the field sales and Pre sales teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. A strong understanding of the construction domain, coupled with your ability to articulate the value of technology, will be key to your success in this role.
Lead Generation & Qualification
Develop and execute outbound (cold) calling/lead gen campaigns to identify potential customers.
Assess & Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers for targeted outreach.
Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads and support Sales & Pre Sales team/Head in achieving effective sales conversion.
Deliver Product presentation to potential clients leading to technical product demonstration.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products in the market.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
Provide regular reports on lead quality, sales conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly targets.
Skills and Competencies to Have
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or ConTech domains.
Strong communication (verbal & written) , Persuasive interpersonal skills
Proven ability to conduct cold calls, prospect and qualify leads.
Ability to create interest in potential customers, handle objections, build rapport and schedule product demonstrations.
Understanding of sales principles and processes
Proficient with CRM tools and outreach platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
Knowledge on construction software will be an advantage.
Self-starter with a “hunter mindset” and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
