About the Role: We are looking for a MICE Contracting & Event Operations Lead/ Assistant Manager/ Manager who will be a part of the BuyerForesight Events Concierge (BEC) team to manage end-to-end contracting process for venues, accommodations, transportation, catering, other ground services required to delivery successful events globally. This role demands strong negotiation skills, vendor relationship management, and a deep understanding of MICE industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracted services are in line with budgetary constraints, client expectations, and BEC’s operations efficiency. Location- INDIA (Remote) Responsibilities: 1. Venue Contracting and Requisition Delivery • Identify, negotiate, and secure venues such as hotels, restaurants, exotic properties, and event spaces for meetings and conferences. • Assess venues for suitability, capacity, pricing, and compliance (e.g., permits, fire codes, accessibility). • Negotiate rental contracts, cancellation and refund policies, and additional service offerings such as catering, AV equipment, and concierge services. • Coordinate and manage all requisitions from initiation to completion. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, establish objectives, and define deliverables. • Collaborate with FinOps to close and negotiate favorable contracts with vendors. 2. Vendor & Supplier Management • Source and contract event vendors, catering services, transportation providers, and logistics partners. • Establish and nurture long-term partnership with key global players to get negotiated rates and bulk discounts without compromising quality. • Negotiate flexible cancellation policies, extended payment terms, and customized packages for long-term relationship. 3 . Cost & Budget Management • Monitor all expenses related to contracted vendors. • Ensure alignment with the budget by tracking spending against allocated budget and we never go over-budget. • Coordinate with finance to ensure vendors are paid as per the agreed timelines to avoid any penalties. • Expertise in tax-saving strategies globally will be an asset for this role. Identify and implement tax-saving strategies, including VAT exemptions, state and local tax optimization, gratuity and service charge negotiations, state-mandated levy reductions, etc. Ensure tax-efficient contract structuring and collaborate with vendors offering tax-inclusive pricing models to minimize liabilities. 4. Program Planning and Operational Support • Oversee end-to-end requisitions for specific programs, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Operations, Customer Success, and Sales) to understand event needs. • Cater to exclusive client requests, including bespoke experiences like celebrity appearances, keynote speakers, wellness sessions etc., ensuring a seamless and memorable event. • Ensure timely delivery of contracted services, including venue setup, catering, and transportation. • Manage on-site execution as needed, provide support, and resolve last minute vendor issues, service discrepancies, or logistical challenges. • Supervise staff, volunteers, and vendors to maintain quality standards and adhere to event timelines. Never miss on deliverables. 5. Event Experience • Research and procure unique and personalized offerings to enhance the event experience and meet or exceed client expectations. • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Compile event reports and documentation summarizing key outcomes, feedback, and recommendations. • Address special requests from clients and source specialized services to enhance the overall event experience. Required Skills and Experience: 8-10 years of global experience in land contracting, event procurement, vendor management, and event operations. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong knowledge of global taxation. Proficiency in budgeting, pricing negotiations, and cost optimization

Using Adobe CC, you will deliver creatives and create reusable templates for the marketing team. The creatives will include mp4s, Pdfs, PPTs, and Images. MUST HAVE SKILLS: Wordpress (Elementor, WP Bakery), llustrator, Figma, Illustrator, MS Office ADDED ADVANTAGE: After Effects, Premiere Pro. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties maybe assigned) • Develop webpages adhering to the provided brand guidelines. • Churn out visual solutions for use in marketing campaigns/initiatives. • Follow the BF design language and develop overall layout and designs for creatives such as advertisements, social posts, and website media content. • Illustrate and animate our social media posts creatively and meaningfully by understanding and visualizing concepts. • Create graphics and diagrams that visually communicate technical concepts, solutions, and products. Create reusable templates to create multiple creatives of the same type. • Iconography, backgrounds, and infographics creation. • Design PPTs/Pdfs based on content provided. • Collaborate with Social Media Specialists to provide designs for social media campaigns. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the adoption WHAT YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH • You will be provided with Adobe CC and the hardware to support it. • You will get guidance and assistance with all the necessary stylescapes, templates and color palettes. • You will get access to stock libraries that you could use in your creatives. • Work Timings are flexible, but deadlines are non-negotiable. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION • Portfolio demonstrating experience and skills in still & motion and graphic design. • 3-6 years of experience working in still and motion design. • Experience in video editing and animation. • Strong typographic, illustration, and layout skills. • Expertise in translating technical concepts into visual design across all marketing channels. • Knowledge of social media creatives and their formats. • Proficient skills in using Illustrator, After Effects, and MS Office. • A good understanding of G-suite and web page design and WordPress • Should have experience in UI/UX design and word press (Elementor builder experience a plus) PREFERRED CANDIDATE • Someone who takes ownership and is responsible • Communicates well, is curious, self-motivated, hard-working & well-organized • Likes to explore new techniques and technologies • Advantage: Experience as a designer working for a B2B software company
