As a Product and Growth Specialist at GameInsider, you will play a key role in structuring learning programs, engaging with gaming professionals, and driving pre- and post-launch marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard successful streamers, esports players, and gaming influencers as mentors for GameInsider’s learning programs. Collaborate with mentors to structure and develop paid courses, ebooks, and other learning resources. Assist in course material development, ensuring high-quality and engaging content. Continue onboarding mentors & industry experts – Expand GameInsider’s expert panel by consistently identifying and onboarding new mentors. Develop community engagement initiatives – Grow and manage Discord, WhatsApp, and social media communities to drive sign-ups and user participation. Plan content strategy & execution – Work on social media calendars, brainstorm video content ideas, write scripts, and coordinate with video editors. Develop influencer marketing strategies – Plan and execute barter and paid collaborations with influencers across mobile, PC, and console gaming. Onboard influencers – Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers on YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms. Align influencer campaigns with GameInsider’s growth objectives, track performance, and optimize engagement.

Role Overview: The Course Coordinator will serve as the crucial link between our mentors and students. This role is responsible for ensuring that all course content is coordinated, scheduled, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing communication across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our students. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with mentors to schedule lectures, webinars, and interactive sessions, ensuring all content is delivered according to the course timeline. Oversee the timely release of course materials, including video lessons, assignments, and supplementary resources. Coordinate with mentors to gather updates on course progress and arrange for additional resources or guest sessions when needed. Monitor course calendars to ensure all deadlines are met and content is uploaded on the learning management system promptly. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of course schedules, mentor availability, and content delivery milestones. Review course materials before release, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with the curriculum objectives. Collect and process feedback from students and mentors to continuously improve course content and scheduling. Manage communications with students regarding course updates, session timings, and any rescheduling notices.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and product development to support course-related initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience (1–3 years) in course coordination, educational project management, or a related role, preferably in the gaming industry. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively liaise with both mentors and internal teams. Proficiency in managing digital calendars, scheduling tools, and learning management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
