We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales team. The role involves driving revenue, managing day-to-day sales operations, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospects. You will work closely with marketing and leadership to achieve business targets.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Define daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and track performance
  • Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Coach team members on sales calls, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data
  • Work with marketing to align on lead quality and campaigns
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue
  • Handle escalations and support key deals when required


Required skills & experiece:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in B2B or B2C inside sales environments
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
  • Ability to analyze sales data and take action
  • Strong follow-up and team management skills


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in US/International sales or SaaS/IT services is a plus
  • Exposure to high-volume sales environments
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
