  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries.
  • Understand customer needs and explain the benefits of Microsoft & SAP ERP solutions.
  • Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects until handover to sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in ERP / IT solutions)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of B2B / B2C sales process

Required Skills:

  • 2-6 years of experience in ERP Sales (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ERP sales cycles and solution selling techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in B2B and B2C sales both in domestic and international markets
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • ERP/Cloud software sales experience is a must
