Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Achievement & Target Management:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor and manage performance metrics (target vs achievement, collection efficiency, conversion rates).
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Execute OPD campaigns with a goal of 60%+ conversion per sale.
Establish partnerships with dental colleges for product adoption.

Customer Engagement & Business Development:

Plan and execute customer visits as per assigned list.
Promote products through scientific communication.
Support brand-building activities (CDEs, hands-on workshops, field visits).
Drive customer retention and acquisition through relationship building.

Planning & Reporting:

Prepare and follow monthly field tour plans.
Submit weekly sales reports covering interactions, conversions, and progress.
Participate actively in weekly sales meetings to review and plan.

Team Collaboration & Capability Building:

Continuously update knowledge of products and market trends.
Contribute to a high-performance culture via quarterly reviews and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Inventory & Dealer Management:

Ensure optimal dealer inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
Conduct monthly reviews and share stock sales statements.
Train minimum 2 dealer representatives to improve product understanding and sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree (mandatory); MBA/PGDM preferred
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dental industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client engagement.
