Job Overview

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills in
English. Hindi
and other languages is an added advantage.
Experience in
tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales
preferred.
1-3 years of work experience.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
