Role & responsibilities Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates Shortlist potential candidates and schedule interviews based on role requirements Conduct initial screening calls and maintain engagement with candidates to assess interest Track and manage employee attendance on a regular basis Maintain accurate records of employee leaves, weekly offs, and shift schedules (including Saturday availability) Monitor and update employee and organization performance metrics and related documentation Review newspapers and online sources daily for tender notices relevant to our business Maintain inventory and oversee distribution of IT equipment, office supplies, and furniture Assist with GST compliance, including data preparation and filing of GST returns Support general administrative operations and business development tasks as assigned Preferred candidate profile Knowledge about recruitment and HR operations Expsoure to job portals Willing to call and engage the candidates Handle back-end operations and administrative tasks Quick to judge whether the candidate will suit the role Fluent English is a must Hindi is an added advantage
