expanding our sales team to accelerate business growth and market reach.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with proven experience in solution
selling to enterprise and SMB clients. The role involves identifying prospects, qualifying leads,
building strong relationships, and working closely with the technical and field sales teams to close
business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and
webinars.
• Convert inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and map organizational structures.
2. Sales Qualification & Pipeline Management
• Use BANT/MEDDICC frameworks to qualify opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.
• Work closely with field sales and technical teams for demos and proposals.
3. Solution Selling
• Develop a strong understanding of PTC solutions to present value propositions confidently.
• Position solutions based on business needs and industry challenges.
4. Relationship Building & Nurturing
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
• Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and negotiate within pricing guidelines.
5. Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Report progress and sales metrics regularly to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Commerce preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales for B2B technology solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in cold calling, email prospecting, and CRM usage
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or product development cycles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: ₹5-6 LPA (depending on experience)
• Incentives & Commissions: Uncapped, linked to target achievement (OTE ₹7–8 LPA)
