Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound/inbound calling. The role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach to drive sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.

● Handle inbound queries and convert them into qualified opportunities.

● Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.

● Maintain an active pipeline through lead nurturing and follow-ups.

● Achieve monthly/quarterly call, meeting, and sales targets.

● Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information.

● Coordinate with the sales teams for smooth lead handovers.

● Build and sustain positive client relationships through professional communication.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with technical (IT or related) qualifications.

● 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing.

● Excellent verbal communication skills.

● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

● Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel, and MS Office.

● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
