Role & responsibilities Assisting the Sales Team to increase Sales by ensuring new enquiry generation - Provide Back End Support to all field sales staff, Pan India. - Manage and assist the Lead Generation team to meet daily and weekly targets - Ensure new appointments for the Sales Team on a regular basis - Work with the Sales Coordinator to ensure regular new business development - Follow up with the sales team for the quality and promptness of the fixed appointments - Follow-up with sales team members for weekly reports on new client meetings. - Ensuring that new database is created, managed and updated on a regular basis - Coordinate with end clients / team members for smooth flow of the Sales Cycle right from the initial new client meeting to actual closing of the deal. - Need to do CRM efficiently of both existing and new clientele - Must be able to work on Targets and deadlines Preferred candidate profile Confidence.
