Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales Process Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
• Order Processing: Process customers' purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products to stay informed and competitive.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis to management about sales outcomes and opportunities.

Requirements:

Education: a bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences and diploma in marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role. Good to have experience in life sciences products.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
