About Us
We are a pioneering AI-First upskilling and recruitment platform dedicated to bridging the gap between academic potential and industry-ready talent. Our platform uses advanced AI-Assessments, including simulated interviews with AI-Interviewers, to provide deep insights into a candidate's strengths and skill gaps. We then offer industry-oriented, AI-powered training programs to empower the next generation of professionals.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Part-Time Career Counsellor & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfectly suited for a motivated individual looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity in the evenings. You will be the crucial human link between our cutting-edge AI technology and the students who need it most, using detailed AI-generated insights to guide final-year students and recent graduates towards transformative upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Counselling & Needs Analysis: Review and analyze the AI-assessment reports, and lead scores provided for each student (from B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, and MBA backgrounds).
Personalized Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to assigned leads, establishing a rapport and building trust as a career advisor.
Gap-to-Growth Narrative: Articulately translate the identified skill gaps (communication, analytical) from the AI-assessment into a compelling narrative for personal and professional development.
Solution Selling: Present and sell our suite of AI-first upskilling programs, emphasizing the unique value proposition of learning from human industry experts combined with personalized AI-agents.
Value Proposition Communication: Clearly explain the benefits of our paid programs, including:
Bridging specific, identified skill gaps with industry-relevant curriculum.
The significant advantage of 1-year dedicated job assistance.
Unlimited job profile matches versus the limited matches in the free assessment tier.
Objection Handling & Closing: Address student concerns, overcome objections related to cost, timing, or program relevance, and confidently close sales to meet and exceed targets.
CRM & Documentation: Meticulously update the CRM system with call notes, student status, feedback, and next steps.
Qualifications
Availability: Must be available to work ~4-5 hours per day during after-school/evening hours (e.g., 3 PM - 8 PM).
Experience: Prior experience in counselling, mentoring, or sales (especially telesales or EdTech) is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Excellent Communicator: Empathetic and clear phone presence.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-Comfortable: Able to quickly learn and use our mobile-first CRM and platform tools.
Efficient & Organized: Ability to manage a queue of 25-30 leads per day effectively.
Quick Learner: Able to grasp and explain our AI-assessment methodology and program offerings.
Our Benefits
A monthly fixed component with a performance-linked incentive for every enrolment.
The flexibility of a part-time, fully remote role.
A revolutionary product that genuinely changes career trajectories.
Comprehensive training on our platform and sales methodology.
The satisfaction of playing a key role in shaping students' careers.
If you are passionate about shaping careers and are looking for a impactful part-time opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
