1. Responsible for the Marketing and/or Technical Support for Lab product range (fully and semi-auto Biochemistry analyzer and reagents, Hematology instrument, Urine analyzers etc). This includes conceptualizing the strategy and tactics, designing of promotional materials & promotional campaigns and ensuring that these are implemented. 2. He / She needs to constantly interact with and actively support the sales team, active channel partners (distributors) and end-users (Hospitals and Labs) by working with the sales team (7-10 days / month) and train / coach them. 3. Technical & Academic support to the sales team, active channel partners and end-users (answering any queries on the assigned products) 4. Collect, Manage and Analyze key data wrt the assigned products (Sales data, Prospect Lists, Customer Masters, Customer purchase tracking etc) and develop product strategy and tactics with the help of this data. 5. Launch of new products Conduct all activities related to New Product Launch (Market Research, Marketing & Business plan preparation, Launch Plans etc). Co-ordinating with various principal companies from time to time for resolving and technical / other issues which may occur.
