Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to handle vehicle invoicing and manage end-to-end responsibilities related to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) registration process. The ideal candidate should have strong system knowledge and prior experience in invoicing, RTO documentation, and customer coordination. Key Responsibilities:  Handle vehicle invoicing and maintain record of daily invoiced files.  Coordinate and manage the RTO registration process for vehicles.  Call customers to obtain OTPs required for registration.  Scan and upload documents to the Vahaan portal.  Ensure timely processing of registration payments.  Maintain and update Excel sheets tracking the status of RTO files.  File in account statements and maintain payment records.  Order number plates as per registration details.  Segregate and organize number plates for distribution.  Ensure that vehicle photographs are uploaded correctly to the RTO portal. Required Qualifications and Skills:  PUC or Undergraduate Degree pass.  2–3 years of experience in RTO or vehicle documentation-related work.  Proficiency in using computers and office applications, especially Excel.  Strong organizational and documentation skills.  Good communication skills in local language (Kannada) and basic English.  Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive responsibilities.
