Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Female)Department: Sales & Business Development Location: VATVA Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Portal Management (IndiaMART & Others) Manage and maintain company profiles on IndiaMART B2B portals. Handle daily inquiries: respond promptly, share quotations, and follow up with potential buyers. Generate qualified leads from B2B platforms and convert them into sales opportunities. Upload and update product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions regularly. Track portal performance and optimize listings for better visibility. 2. Inside Sales & Lead Conversion Make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals. Maintain active follow-ups to close deals efficiently. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. 3. Import–Export Coordination Coordinate with international clients for inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations. Work closely with logistics and documentation teams for export orders. Maintain proper records of shipments, payments, and customer communications. Basic understanding of Incoterms, documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO), and export procedures (preferred). 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and customer information. Build long-term relationships with customers and provide after-sales support. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Track inquiry-to-conversion ratios and portal performance metrics. Support management with data analysis and market feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidate preferred. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B portals, or export sales. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Good knowledge of IndiaMART and other B2B portals. Basic understanding of import–export operations is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
