Job Description

B2C Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound B2C leads.
  • Conduct product demos and explain service features to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right product offering.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech, fintech, or direct-to-consumer services).

    Freshers are also welcomed to apply

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus
