Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on qualified leads to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Typically, a minimum of 12th pass is required
  • Strong persuasive communication skills to explain benefits and handle objections.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English
