We are looking for a smart and driven Marketing Associate to support our digital and influencer marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to work across social media, partnerships, and reputation management in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Ideate, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube Drive organic growth through reels, trending formats, campaigns, and community engagement Maintain brand voice and monitor performance metrics Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Identify and onboard relevant influencers and partnership opportunities Plan and execute campaigns to boost awareness and credibility Track and report ROI based on defined KPIs Online Reputation Management Monitor reviews on various platforms and Implement strategies to improve ratings and customer sentiment Support ongoing campaigns and cross-functional marketing initiatives What Were Looking For: 1+ years of experience in digital/social marketing or influencer marketing Strong communication and coordination skills A self-starter whos hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Familiarity with Canva, social analytics, and latest AI tools
