Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines, and convert inquiries into sales. Handle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on qualified leads to ensure conversion. Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information.
