Job Title: Customer Success & Inside Sales Executive (Freshers Welcome)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions that create maximum value.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Meet and exceed sales and customer success targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
