Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Manage inbound sales inquiries effectively. Collaborate with marketing teams to devise effective outreach strategies. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management. Respond promptly to customer queries and provide exceptional support. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide product feedback to the development team based on client interactions. Assist in the development of sales collaterals and presentations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. Knowledge of the educational technology sector is a plus. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask. Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for results.
